FAQ

Why can’t I find the Version History entry?

  1. Make sure the current file is a PDF.
  2. Tap More (☰) in the upper-right corner and check the menu list.
  3. If the entry is still missing, confirm that the file has been uploaded to cloud storage and is being used as a cloud document.
  4. If needed, sign in again and reopen the file with a stable internet connection.

Does Version History require an internet connection?

  1. Version History depends on cloud-based document records, so it is recommended to use it while connected to the internet.
  2. If the history list loads slowly or appears empty, check whether the network is stable.
  3. Make sure the file has been uploaded to cloud storage instead of being kept only as a local file.

Can I check an older version before restoring it?

  1. Yes. Open the Version History list first.
  2. Find the target version and tap ...
  3. Select Preview to review that version.
  4. After confirming the content, decide whether to use Restore This Version.

Can I still manage other versions after deleting one?

  1. Yes. After one version is deleted, you can still review and manage the other versions in the list.
  2. Before deleting a version, make sure you no longer need to keep it.
  3. For important milestones, it can help to rename versions before doing further cleanup.
