1. Sync through WPS Cloud

Entry path: save the document to WPS Cloud first, then open Cloud Docs on the computer

1. Save the document to WPS Cloud.
2. Sign in to the same WPS account on the computer.
3. Open the WPS desktop app and view the synced document in Cloud Docs.
4. Open the document and continue editing on the computer.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the synced file appears in Cloud Docs on the computer.
• Next action available: the document opens normally and can be edited further.

Tips While Using

• Keep the network connection stable so the file can finish syncing.
• Make sure the phone and computer are signed in to the same WPS account.

2. Use Send To

Entry path: top menu bar → More → Send To

1. Open the file and tap More in the top menu bar.
2. Select Send To and choose a device signed in to the current account.
3. Tap Send.
4. Check the transfer status in Transfer History.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the task appears in Transfer History after sending.
• Next action available: the target device can receive the document in WPS.

Tips While Using

• The target device must already be signed in to the current account.
• If the target device does not appear, check the account status and network connection first.
