What should I do if the computer does not receive the document?

  1. Confirm that the phone and computer are signed in to the same WPS account.
  2. Check whether both devices have a working network connection.
  3. If you used WPS Cloud sync, refresh Cloud Docs on the computer and check again.
  4. If you used Send To, review the task status in Transfer History.

Why can’t I find the Send To entry?

  1. Open a PDF file first.
  2. Tap More in the top menu bar.
  3. Look for Send To in the expanded feature list.
  4. If it still does not appear, update WPS to the latest version and open the file again.

What if a task appears in Transfer History but the target device still does not show the file?

  1. Confirm that the target device is signed in to the current account.
  2. Check whether WPS on the target device is available and working normally.
  3. Send the file again and review Transfer History once more.
  4. If you still need to continue working on the file, use WPS Cloud sync instead.
