How-to Guide
1. Save a document
Entry path: File > Save
- Open the PDF file you want to work with.
- Click Save in the File menu.
- Or press Ctrl+S to save quickly.
- If this is the first time you save the file, choose a save location and enter a file name in the Save As dialog.
- After the first save is complete, later saves overwrite the current file directly.

2. Save as a new file
Entry path: File > Save As
- Open the PDF file for which you want to keep a separate copy.
- Click Save As in the File menu.
- Choose a new save location in the dialog.
- Enter a new file name.
- Click Save to finish.

- What you can do next: Keep working with either the original file or the new file.

3. Save in another format
