FAQ

Why is the Replace Image button grayed out?

  1. Make sure you have selected an image object in the PDF.
  2. Check that you are in an editable PDF image workflow.
  3. Confirm that your account has permission to edit PDF files with membership.

Will the image size change after replacement?

  1. In normal use, the new image replaces the original one in the same position and size.
  2. If the page still needs adjustment, drag the image or resize it after replacement.
  3. Click a blank area to confirm the final result.

Which image formats can I use?

  1. Use common image file formats such as PNG, JPG, BMP, or GIF.
  2. If an image cannot be imported, first check whether the file is damaged.
  3. You can also try another common format and import it again.

Can I replace every image in a scanned PDF directly?

  1. Content in a scanned PDF is not always stored as a separate image object.
  2. If you cannot select the image directly, you may not be able to replace it in the same way as a standard image object.
  3. Check whether the document supports further editing before deciding on the next step.
