1. Run OCR Recognition
Entry: Edit tab → OCR PDF button
- Click the Edit tab on the top menu bar.
- Click the OCR PDF button on the toolbar.
- In the dialog box, choose a recognition range: All Pages, Current Page, or Custom Pages.
- Select the recognition language.
- Click Start Recognition.
- Wait for the process to finish so the text becomes editable.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: after recognition is complete, the original scanned text can be selected or enters an editable state.
- Next action available: you can continue modifying the recognized text.
Tips While Using
- Permissions or membership: this topic requires membership to edit PDF files.

Entry: Edit tab → Edit Content button
