1. Insert Audio

Entry: Edit → Audio

1. Open the PDF file that you want to edit.
2. Click the Edit tab on the top menu bar.
3. Click the Audio button on the toolbar.
4. In the file selection dialog, choose the audio file that you want to insert.
5. Click Open to finish the insertion.
6. Confirm that an audio icon appears on the page, then move it if needed.

2. Play Audio

Entry: Double-click the inserted audio icon

1. Find the inserted audio icon on the PDF page.
2. Double-click the icon, or use the playback control if it appears.
3. Wait for the audio to start playing.
4. Adjust playback progress or volume as needed.

3. Edit Audio

Entry: Right-click the inserted audio icon

1. Right-click the audio icon on the page.
2. Choose the edit option that you need from the menu.
3. To add a cover image, select the related option and set the cover.
4. To adjust playback conditions, open the playback settings and make your changes.
5. To remove the audio, choose the delete option and confirm the action.

4. Save Audio File

Entry: Right-click audio → Save audio file locally

1. Right-click the target audio icon on the PDF page.
2. Select Save audio file locally.
