Why is the Audio button grayed out?

  1. Confirm that the current file is a PDF.
  2. Check whether the document is in an editable state.

Why won’t the inserted audio play?

  1. Confirm that the audio was inserted successfully and that the audio icon is visible on the page.
  2. Double-click the audio icon or try the playback control again.
  3. Check system volume, output device, and mute settings.
  4. If the issue continues, reinsert the audio file and test again.

What changes can I make to inserted audio?

  1. Right-click the audio icon on the page.
  2. Review the available edit options in the menu.
  3. You can add a cover image, adjust playback conditions, or delete the audio.
  4. After making changes, check the page display and playback status again.

How do I save audio from a PDF as a separate file?

  1. Right-click the target audio icon on the page.
  2. Select Save audio file locally.
  3. Choose a local save path and confirm.
  4. Open the destination folder and verify that the exported audio file is complete.
