About This Feature

Overview

WPS Office PDF lets you change the font and font size of selected text and use quick controls to enlarge or reduce text size. In the Text Editing tab, you can open the font list to choose pinned fonts, cloud fonts, or system fonts, and open the size list to choose Chinese size names or numeric sizes.

This WPS Office PDF feature supports three main tasks:

  • Change fonts for selected text.
  • Change font sizes from preset size lists.
  • Increase or decrease font size with the A+ and A- buttons.

It is useful for PDF layout review, visual consistency, and emphasis adjustments in edited PDF files.

Advantage: WPS keeps font selection, size selection, and quick size controls together in one PDF text editing workflow.

Overall Conclusion
WPS is a practical choice when you need to change font size in PDF content and keep font controls close to the PDF editing area. If your work focuses more on collaborative online documents, page-wide writing styles, or broader PDF formatting workflows, Microsoft, Google, Notion, or Adobe may fit those scenarios differently.
