How-to Guide
1. Change Fonts
Entry: Text Editing tab → font drop-down list
- Select the text that you want to edit.
- Click the font drop-down list in the toolbar. The default display is SimSun.
- Choose the font you want from the list.
- If you want common options, choose from pinned fonts such as Microsoft YaHei, SimHei, or Arial.
- If you need more choices, browse cloud fonts or all fonts installed on the system.
- Click the font name to apply it to the selected text.
Success Criteria
- The selected text changes to the chosen font.
- You can continue editing the font size or save the file.
Tips While Using
- The change applies only to the currently selected text.
- Some cloud fonts include a VIP label.
- PDF text editing requires the corresponding membership access.
2. Change Font Sizes
Entry: Text Editing tab → font size drop-down list
- Select the text that you want to resize.
- Click the font size drop-down list. The default display is Small Four.
- Choose the size you want from the list.
- You can select Chinese size names such as 小初, 一号, 小一, 二号, 小二, 三号, 小三, 四号, 小四, 五号, 小五, 六号, 小六, 七号, and 八号.
- You can also select numeric sizes such as 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7.5, 8, 9, 10, 10.5, and 11.
- Click the size to apply it to the selected text.
Success Criteria
- The selected text updates to the chosen size.

Tips While Using
- The change applies only to selected text.
- If the text looks unusual after resizing, try another font and then adjust the size again.

3. Quickly Increase or Decrease Font Size
Entry: Text Editing tab → font size adjustment buttons
- Select the text that you want to adjust.
- Click A+ to increase the font size.
- Click A- to decrease the font size.
- Repeat as needed until the text matches your layout needs.
Success Criteria
- Each click changes the selected text size in the expected direction.
- You can keep fine-tuning the same text or move to another text block.
