FAQ

What should I do if the Edit Image Text button is grayed out?

  1. Confirm that the current file is already in editing mode.
  2. Check whether the selected object is an image that contains text rather than a normal text layer.
  3. If the interface shows a membership restriction, confirm the membership status of the current account.
  4. If the issue continues, reopen the file and right-click the image again.

Why can’t I edit the recognized text directly?

  1. First confirm whether you used Edit Image (E) or Recognize Text in Image.
  2. If you used Recognize Text in Image, the recognized result usually appears in the results panel for review and copying.
  3. If you want to modify text directly in the image position, use Edit Image (E) instead.

What can I do if image text recognition is not accurate?

  1. Use images with clear text, stronger contrast, and upright orientation whenever possible.
  2. If the image is blurry, try a related image tool such as Clarify first.
  3. After recognition, manually verify key numbers, names, and dates.

Why didn’t my changes take effect after editing?

  1. After editing image text, click a blank area of the document to confirm the current edit.
  2. Save the file so the changes are written to the document.
  3. Reopen the document and check whether the result has been retained.
