When using Content Erasure, users most often ask about 3 topics: undoing changes, choosing an erasure method, and checking recovery options; this section covers the top 3 questions.

FAQ

Can I undo an erasure action?

  1. After erasing content, press Ctrl+Z if you want to restore the most recent action.
  2. You can also click the Undo button in the interface.
  3. If you have already made multiple edits, undo them step by step as needed.

What is the difference between brush selection and rectangular selection?

  1. Brush selection is suitable for irregular areas and lets you draw freely around the target content.
  2. Rectangular selection is suitable for regular areas and covers a rectangular range at one time.
  3. For partial text, graphic edges, or irregular content, brush selection is usually more suitable. For block areas, rectangular selection is usually more convenient.

Can erased content be restored later?

  1. During the current editing session, try Undo first.
  2. If the file has already been saved and further processed, check whether you kept a backup of the original file.
  3. Before erasing important files, make a copy of the original file first.
