What should I do if the Clear Formatting button is grayed out?

  1. Make sure the current PDF file is editable.
  2. Make sure you have entered Text Edit mode.
  3. Select the target text and then check whether the Clear Formatting button becomes available.
  4. If it is still unavailable, check whether your account has PDF editing membership access.

Can I undo Clear Formatting?

  1. Press Ctrl + Z immediately after using Clear Formatting.
  2. Or click the Undo button in the interface.
  3. Confirm that the text has returned to its previous formatted state.

Does Clear Formatting affect the text content?

  1. Clear Formatting only removes formatting attributes from the text.
  2. The text content itself is not deleted or rewritten.
  3. After the action, review the text again to confirm that the content is unchanged.
