What should I do if Select & Translate does not appear?

  1. Confirm that Select & Translate is turned on from the Review tab.
  2. Check whether your internet connection is working normally.
  3. Select the text again and try the translation action one more time.

What should I do if the translation result is inaccurate?

  1. Check whether the source and target language settings are correct.
  2. Try the side-by-side translation option for more detailed output.
  3. Review or revise important translated content manually.

What should I do if the selected content cannot be translated?

  1. Check whether the file is a converted document.
  2. If some text cannot be recognized correctly, retype that text manually and translate it again.
  3. If you need to update text in batches, use Find and Replace before translating again.
