1. Start Select & Translate

Entry path: Floating toolbar → Translate

1. Open the document you want to read or work with.
2. Select the text you want to translate and wait for the floating toolbar to appear.
3. Tap Translate.
4. Review the translation result in the translation view.
5. Change the target language as needed to view another translation result.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: After you select text, the translation view opens and shows a translation result.
• What you can do next: You can switch languages or return to the document and continue reading.
• No direct document rewrite: The translation result is shown in the translation view and does not directly modify the original document.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If you do not select text first, the floating toolbar will not show the translation entry.
• Environment note: This feature requires an internet connection.

2. Adjust Select & Translate Settings

Entry path: Floating toolbar → Translate → More

1. Select the text you want to translate in the document.
2. Tap Translate in the floating toolbar.
3. Tap More.
4. Choose whether to turn on AI Enhancement.
5. Choose whether to use AI Full Document Translation.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: You can see options related to AI Enhancement and AI Full Document Translation under More.
• What you can do next: After adjusting the settings, you can return to the translation view or continue working in the document.
• No direct document rewrite: Changing these settings does not directly rewrite the current document text.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If you do not open More, you will not see the related options.
• Environment note: AI-related options usually require an internet connection.
