Does Select & Translate require an internet connection?
- Check whether your iPhone or iPad is connected to a working network.
- Reopen the document and select the text again.
- Tap Translate and check whether the result loads normally.
- If it still does not work, switch networks and try again.
Why don’t I see the Translate button after selecting text?
- Make sure the current file is a document where text can be selected.
- Press and hold again, then select the word, phrase, or sentence accurately.
- Wait for the floating toolbar to appear, then check whether Translate is available.
- If the interface does not refresh, close the document and open it again.
Will the translation result be written directly into the original document?
- Select & Translate shows the result in a pop-up or translation view by default.
- After reviewing the result, you can return to the original document.
- Viewing the translation does not directly rewrite the original document content.
