What should I do if revision marks are not displayed?

  1. Click the Review tab.
  2. Open Display for Review.
  3. Select Final Showing Markup.
  4. Return to the document and check whether revision marks appear again.

How can I view detailed revision information?

  1. Open a document that contains revision records.
  2. Hover over a revision mark.
  3. Check the reviewer name, edit time, and detailed content shown there.

How can I show all revisions inline?

  1. Click the Review tab.
  2. Open the related Show Markup drop-down menu.
  3. Go to the balloon display settings.
  4. Select Show All Revisions Inline.

How can I change reviewer information?

  1. Click File.
  2. Open Options.
  3. Go to User Information.
  4. Change the name and save the settings.
  5. New revisions added later will use the updated name.
