Why did I edit the document but not see any revision marks?

  1. Make sure you opened Tools → Review.
  2. Check whether Start Revision is turned on.
  3. If you want to see revision content in the document, also turn on Show Comments and Revisions.
  4. Edit some text again and check whether revision marks appear.

How do I view the details of a specific change?

  1. Tap Tools and open Review.
  2. Turn on Show Comments and Revisions.
  3. Tap the revision content in the document.
  4. View the revision details in the pop-up window.

Will earlier revisions disappear after I turn Revision off?

  1. Turning off Start Revision only stops new edits from being recorded.
  2. Revision marks already saved in the document do not disappear automatically.
