FAQ
Can I only add comments to selected text?
- Yes. You need to select the target text or paragraph before adding a comment.
- Go to Tools → Insert → Comment.
- Choose a text comment or voice comment and send it.
Why can't I see comments that were already added?
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Open the Review tab.
- Turn on Show Comments.
- Tap the commented text again to view the content.
Can I edit a voice comment?
- No. Voice comments cannot be edited directly.
- If you need to change the content, delete the original voice comment.
- Then insert a new voice comment or a text comment.
What should I pay attention to when deleting comments in classic mode?
- Make sure View Comments and Revisions in Classic Mode is already turned on.
- Select the correct comment in the right-side list.
- After deletion, the comment is removed directly, so review the target before you continue.
