1. Send to a computer through cloud sync
Entry: Save the document to WPS Cloud → Cloud Documents on the computer
- Save the current document to WPS Cloud.
- Sign in to the same WPS account on your computer.
- Open the WPS desktop app and find the synced file in Cloud Documents.
- Open the file and continue editing on the computer.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the saved file appears in Cloud Documents on the computer.

2. Send to a computer with the Send to option
Entry: Top menu bar → More → Send to
- Open the file and tap More in the top menu bar.
- Select Send to, choose a device already signed in with the current account, and tap Send.
- Confirm that the other device is signed in to the same WPS account.
- Wait for the document to be sent automatically to the WPS client on the other device.
- Open Transfer Records to check the transfer status.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the target device receives the document in WPS.
- Next action available: you can open the received file on the computer and continue editing.
