1. Sync through WPS Cloud to a computer

Entry: Save the document to WPS Cloud first, then open it from Cloud Docs on the computer.

1. Open the document that you want to continue working on in WPS on Android.
2. Save the document to WPS Cloud.
3. Sign in to WPS on your computer with the same account.
4. Open WPS on the computer and go to Cloud Docs.
5. Find the synced document and open it to continue editing.

Success Criteria

• The document saved on the phone appears in Cloud Docs on the computer.
• The same file opens on the computer and can be edited.

Tips While Using

• Keep the network connection stable so the document can finish syncing.
• Make sure both devices are signed in to the same WPS account.

2. Use Edit on PC to send a file to a computer

Entry: Reading mode bottom toolbar → Edit on PC

1. Open the file on Android, or enter reading mode first.
2. Tap Edit on PC on the bottom toolbar.
3. Select the target device.
4. Tap Send.
5. Confirm that the computer is signed in to the same WPS account.
6. Receive and open the document in the WPS desktop client.
7. If needed, open Transfer History to check the transfer status.

Success Criteria

• The computer receives the sent document.
• The document opens in the WPS desktop client and can be edited.
• The transfer status is visible in Transfer History on the phone.

Tips While Using

• The Edit on PC entry is in the bottom toolbar in reading mode.
• Before sending, confirm that the target computer is already signed in.
• If the target computer does not appear in the device list, check the sign-in status and network connection on the computer.
