What should I do if the computer does not receive the document?

  1. Confirm that the phone and the computer are signed in to the same WPS account.
  2. Check whether both devices have a working network connection.
  3. If you used cloud sync, refresh Cloud Docs on the computer and check again.
  4. If you used Edit on PC, open Transfer History on the phone to review the sending status.

Why can’t I find the Edit on PC entry on my phone?

  1. Open the document and enter reading mode first.
  2. Check the bottom toolbar for Edit on PC.
  3. If the entry still does not appear, update WPS Office and try again.
