Can I recover a document if I closed it without saving?

  1. Restart WPS.
  2. Check whether a recovered document list appears automatically.
  3. If it does not appear, go to the Backup Center from the WPS home settings and look for content that was not saved manually.

What should I do if the layout changes after saving as PDF?

  1. Open the File menu before saving as PDF.
  2. Go to Print and check Print Preview.
  3. Review the layout first, then save or export the PDF.

What is the difference between a cloud document and a local document?

  1. A cloud document supports automatic saving, multi-device access, collaborative editing, and historical version review.
  2. A local document is stored only on the current device.
  3. If you need offline use or prefer device-based storage, save locally.

What should I do if saving fails?

  1. Check the error message in the pop-up window.
  2. Make sure the destination path still has enough available space.
  3. Confirm that the current folder is writable, then try saving again.

Can I output the document in other formats?

  1. Yes.
  2. Click File.
  3. Select Save As or a related output option.
