1. Start a Print Job

Entry path: MorePrint

  1. Open the Writer document that you want to print.
  2. Tap More in the top menu bar.
  3. Tap Print.
  4. In the print screen, review the currently available printer or add a printer if needed.
  5. If needed, choose Export as Print File or System Print Service.
  6. Tap Print to start the print job.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The print screen opens and shows printer-related options.
  • Next action: You can continue to change settings or send the job directly.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If no document is open, you cannot start the print flow for that file.

2. Adjust Print Settings

Entry path: PrintPrint Settings

  1. Open Print Settings from the print preview screen.
  2. Select an available printer or switch to another supported print method.
  3. Choose a preset such as color or grayscale printing.
  4. Set the number of copies.
  5. Choose the print range, such as all pages, the current page, or a custom page range.
  6. Set duplex printing if the selected printer supports it.
  7. Choose a paper size such as A4 or A3.
  8. Set the page orientation to portrait or landscape.
  9. Adjust scale, media and quality, and layout options as needed.
  10. Tap Print to send the job to the selected printer.
