FAQ

What should I do if no printer is available?

  1. Make sure your iPhone or iPad and the printer are in a working connection environment.
  2. If you use a network printer, confirm that the device and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  3. Check that the printer is turned on and supports mobile printing services.
  4. Return to the print screen and refresh or add the printer again if needed.

How can I improve poor print quality?

  1. Open Print Settings.
  2. Find the Media and Quality related options.
  3. Adjust the quality settings based on your needs.
  4. Review the preview and send the print job again.

Why do the available print options change after I switch printers?

  1. The print settings shown in WPS depend on the capabilities of the selected printer.
  2. If options such as duplex, grayscale, or color are missing, that printer may not support changing those settings.
  3. Try another printer or continue with the current printer's default settings.
