Why does generation fail after I upload a document?

  1. Check the error message and confirm that your network connection is working normally.
  2. Check whether the upload was interrupted or whether the document needs to be uploaded again.
  3. Reopen AI Slides or another entry point and try the generation again.

I already have membership. Why is this feature still unavailable?

  1. Check whether the signed-in account is the one with the required membership rights.
  2. Sign out and sign in again to refresh the account status.
  3. Open AI Slides or another related entry point again and check whether the feature is available.

What can I do if the generated PPT content or template is not ideal?

  1. Adjust the input content so the headings and paragraph structure are clearer.
  2. Choose a different template style and generate again.
  3. Continue editing the content and layout manually after generation.

Where can I view or download a PPT that was generated earlier?

  1. Open the WPS Home page.
  2. Open AI Slides from the left sidebar.
  3. Check the history and download the generated PPT again.
