1. Create a blank document

Entry path: WPS Home → "+" → "Writer" → "Blank"

  1. Open WPS and go to the home screen.
  2. Tap the "+" button in the lower-right corner.
  3. Select "Writer", then tap "Blank".
  4. Wait for WPS to create a new blank document and open it in editing mode.

2. Create from a template

3. Create from an imported file

Entry path: WPS Home → "+" → "Scan" → "File Import"

  4. Choose the target file from local storage, recent files, or cloud documents.
  5. Open the file and continue editing.

4. Create by scanning an image

  4. Choose an image from the gallery or take a photo.
  5. Tap "Start Conversion".
  6. Wait for recognition and auto-layout to finish, then tap "Export Now" to generate the new file.
