Why can’t I find AI Read Aloud in the menu?

  1. Make sure the current file is a Writer document.
  2. Update WPS Office to the latest version and reopen the document.
  3. Check for AI Read Aloud under Tools in Review or View first.
  4. If you still cannot find it, try MoreAll Services.

What should I do if the voice sounds wrong or some words are read incorrectly?

  1. Check whether the document contains uncommon characters, special symbols, or unusual font content.
  2. Keep the network connection stable and start reading again.
  3. If needed, switch to another AI voice and test again.

Can I start reading from a specific position in a long document?

  1. Direct reading from a specific position is not currently supported.
  2. If you need to review one section, move that content into a new document and start reading there.

Why does reading stop unexpectedly?

  1. Check whether the device network is stable.
  2. Keep the app in the foreground during long reading sessions.
  3. If the system clears background processes, reopen the document and start reading again.
