How do I turn on Graph Paper in WPS Writer on macOS?

  1. Open a document in WPS Writer.
  2. Go to the Page tab and click Graph Paper.
  3. Select Use manuscript paper, set the specification and style, and click OK.

How do I remove the Graph Paper layout?

  1. Open the Graph Paper settings dialog again in the document.
  2. Clear Use manuscript paper.
  3. Click OK, and the document returns to a regular page layout.

Why does the page layout change after I enable Graph Paper?

  1. The feature switches the page to a writing layout with grids or lines.
  2. Text is displayed according to the selected manuscript-style page structure, so the visual layout differs from a blank page.
  3. If you want the regular layout back, remove graph paper mode.
