FAQ

What is the difference between Paragraph Organizing and Paragraph Rearrangement?

  1. Paragraph Organizing is mainly used to remove extra blank paragraphs and improve paragraph spacing.
  2. Paragraph Rearrangement is mainly used to adjust paragraph formatting based on document content.
  3. If content copied from a webpage contains many blank lines, start with Paragraph Organizing and then use Paragraph Rearrangement if needed.

What is the difference between Hanging Indent Alignment and First-Line Indent?

  1. First-Line Indent moves only the first line of a paragraph to the right.
  2. Hanging Indent keeps the first line at the left position and indents the following lines.
  3. References, numbered lists, and similar content are often better suited to a hanging indent.

Why can’t I group multiple objects?

  1. Make sure that at least two objects are selected at the same time.
  2. Check whether the selected objects are suitable for grouping.
  3. If needed, adjust the wrapping style of the objects and then try grouping again.

When are Bring Forward and Send Backward more useful?

  1. Layer order changes are easier to notice when objects overlap.
  2. Bring Forward places an object in front of other items.
  3. Send Backward places an object behind other items so you can manage text and object overlap more easily.
