1. Insert a Chart

Feature entry: Insert → Chart

  1. Place the cursor where you want to insert the chart.
  2. Click the Chart button on the Insert tab.
  3. In the dialog box, select a chart type and subtype.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Enter or modify data in the pop-up data sheet.
  6. Close the data sheet to finish creating the chart.

  • A new chart appears in the document.
  • The chart displays data from the data sheet.
  • You can still select and edit the chart after closing the data sheet.

2. Edit Chart Data
