How-to Guide
1. Insert Date
Feature entry: Insert tab → Document Components → Date
- Place the cursor where you want to insert the date.
- Click the Insert tab at the top of the window.
- Click Document Components and choose Date.
- Select the date format and language in the dialog box.
- If needed, turn on automatic update.
- Click OK to finish.

- Click OK to insert the field.
- If you want to convert the field to static text, press
Ctrl + Shift + F9.

4. Use AutoText

- When you need it later, open AutoText again and insert the saved content.
