1. Insert Date

Feature entry: Insert tab → Document Components → Date

  1. Place the cursor where you want to insert the date.
  2. Click the Insert tab at the top of the window.
  3. Click Document Components and choose Date.
  4. Select the date format and language in the dialog box.
  5. If needed, turn on automatic update.
  6. Click OK to finish.

2. Use Fields

  5. Click OK to insert the field.

4. Use AutoText

  5. When you need it later, open AutoText again and insert the saved content.
