FAQ

Why do I only see Date and Time in Document Components on Android?

  1. The current Document Components support on Android is inserting date and time.
  2. Open a document, then go to Tools → Insert and check whether Date and Time is available.
  3. If you need another predefined content type, check whether that entry is available on your current platform.

Can I change the display format when I insert date and time?

  1. Go to Tools → Insert → Date and Time.
  2. Choose the language and date format in the dialog.
  3. Confirm the selection to insert it into the document body.

What does automatic updating do?

  1. Turn on Automatic Update when inserting date and time.
  2. This keeps the inserted time field using its update behavior later in the document workflow.
  3. If you want to keep a fixed date, leave that option off.
