1. Insert Attachment

Entry: Insert → Object Attachment → Attachment

  1. Place the cursor where you want to insert the attachment.
  2. Click the Insert tab in the top menu bar.
  3. Click the Object Attachment drop-down menu.
  4. Select Attachment.
  5. Choose a local file or cloud document and complete the insertion.

Success Criteria

2. Insert Object

3. Insert Text from File

Entry: Insert → Object Attachment → Text from File

  1. Place the cursor where you want to import the text.
  2. Click the Insert tab.
  3. Click the Object Attachment drop-down menu.
  4. Select Text from File.
  5. Choose the target file and import the content.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Text from the external file appears in the current document.
  • Next action available: The imported text can continue to be edited, formatted, and saved.

4. Insert Signature

Entry: Insert → Object Attachment → Signature
