1. Insert Attachments

Entry: Tools → Insert → Attachments

  1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  2. Select the Insert tab.
  3. Tap Attachments.
  4. Choose the file source: Recent, Cloud Drive, or Local.
  5. Select the document file and complete the insertion.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: an attachment icon appears in the document.
  • What you can do next: you can tap the attachment to open it or delete it later.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: if you do not open the Insert tab first, the Attachments entry may not appear.
  • Environment note: choosing a file from Cloud Drive requires a network connection and access permission.

2. Open and View Attachments

Entry: Tap the attachment icon in the document → Open File

  1. Tap the inserted attachment in the document.
  2. Tap Open File.
  3. You can also use the floating toolbar or the ribbon area to access Open File.
  4. View the content after the attachment opens.

  • On-screen result: the attachment file opens normally.
  • What you can do next: you can review the attachment and return to the main document.

Entry: Tap the attachment icon in the document → Delete

  3. You can also find the delete entry from the floating toolbar, the ribbon area, or Tools > Drawing Tools.
  4. Check that the document content has updated after deletion.
