1. Sort paragraph text

Entry: Home tab → Sort

  1. Select the paragraph text that you want to sort.
  2. Click Sort on the Home tab.
  3. In the Sort Text dialog box, choose the sorting basis. You can set a primary key, a secondary key, and a third key.
  4. Under type, choose a rule such as Stroke, Number, Date, or Pinyin.
  5. Choose Ascending or Descending.
  6. Click OK to apply the sort.
