1. Set Font Color
Entry path: Tools → Home → Font formatting area → Color icon “A”
- Select the text whose color you want to change.
- Tap Tools.
- Tap the Home tab.
- In the Font formatting area, tap the color icon A.
- Select the color you want and confirm that the text color updates immediately.
Success Criteria
- Visual result: The selected text appears in the chosen color.
- Next action available: You can continue typing, adjust other formatting, or save the document.
- No side effect: Other unselected text does not change color at the same time.
Tips While Using
- The default font color is black.
- Before printing, it is recommended to preview the color result because black-and-white printers cannot display colored content.
- If you do not select text first, the color setting may apply to later input or to the text format at the current cursor position.
