How-to Guide
1. Find Content
Entry path: Tools → View → Find and Replace → Find
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the View tab.
- Tap Find and Replace.
- Tap Find.
- Enter the text you want to find in the input box.
- Tap ← to view the previous match.
- Tap → to view the next match.
- Tap AI Find All to review all matching content.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The document jumps to a matching text item or shows the full list of matches.
- Next action available: You can continue moving to the previous or next match, or return to the document and keep editing.
Tips While Using
- If no search text is entered, the app cannot locate a match.
- In longer documents, use a more specific keyword to narrow the results.
2. Replace Content
Entry path: Tools → View → Find and Replace → Replace
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the View tab.
- Tap Find and Replace.
- Tap Replace.
- Enter the text to find in the Find what box.
- Enter the new text in the Replace with box.
- Tap Replace to update the current match.
- Tap ← or → to move to the previous or next match.
- Tap Replace All to update all matches at once.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The current match or all matching text is updated with the new content.
- Next action available: You can continue searching for other keywords or save the document.
Tips While Using
- Before using Replace All, confirm that both the search text and replacement text are correct.
- If the document contains several similar phrases, review matches one by one before deciding on a batch replacement.
