FAQ

Why can’t I find the Find and Replace entry?

  1. Open an editable text document first.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom, then switch to the View tab.
  3. Look for Find and Replace in that tab and open the feature.

Why did only one result change after I tapped Replace?

  1. Replace only updates the currently selected match.
  2. If you want to update every match at once, tap Replace All.
  3. Before you continue, confirm the search text and replacement text to avoid unwanted changes.

When should I use AI Find All?

  1. Use AI Find All when you want to review all matching content together.
  2. This is useful when you want to inspect keyword distribution before editing matches one by one.
  3. After reviewing the results, you can return to the document and continue locating or replacing text.
