Why can’t I find the Find and Replace entry?

  1. Make sure the file you opened is an editable text document.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom, then open the View tab.
  3. Look for Find and Replace in the related tool list.
  4. If the entry is still unavailable, update WPS Office to the latest version and try again.

How do I replace only the current match instead of all matches?

  1. Open the Replace panel.
  2. Enter the find text and the replacement text.
  3. Tap Replace first so that only the current match is updated.
  4. If you want to continue, use the directional buttons or tap Replace again for the next match.
