FAQ

What should I do if I see an “insufficient memory” message when copying and pasting images?

  1. Close other open documents to free up memory.
  2. Reduce the amount of content you copy at one time, especially when it includes images or other large objects.
  3. Save the current document and restart the computer before trying again.

Why is text copied automatically after I select it?

  1. Check whether a third-party clipboard tool is installed on the computer.
  2. Exit that tool temporarily and test the copy action again.
  3. If the issue disappears, adjust that tool’s settings or disable the related feature.

Why does pasted content look different from the original?

  1. Try Paste with Formatting first if you want to keep the original style.
  2. If you want the content to match the current document, use Paste Text Only or a matching format option.
  3. For repeated needs, set the default paste format in File → Options → Edit.
