How-to Guide
1. Copy Text
Entry: Edit mode → Long-press text selection → Copy
- Open the document and enter edit mode.
- Long-press the text you want to copy.
- Drag the selection handles on both sides to adjust the selected range.
- Tap Copy on the floating toolbar.
- Go to another location if you want to paste the copied content.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The Copy option appears after text is selected.
- Next action available: You can paste the copied content at a target location.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the document is not in edit mode, a long press may not open the full editing toolbar.
- Environment note: Copied content is stored in the system clipboard.
2. Paste Text
Entry: Edit mode → Tap target position → Paste
- Open the document and enter edit mode.
- Tap the place where you want to insert content so the cursor stays there.
- Tap Paste on the floating toolbar near the cursor.
- The clipboard content is inserted at the current position.
- On some Android devices, you can also long-press the input area and then choose paste.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected location shows the inserted text.
- Next action available: You can continue editing, copying, or saving the document.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the cursor is not placed at the intended location, the content may be inserted elsewhere.
- Environment note: If the system clipboard is empty, there is nothing to paste.
3. Cut Text
Entry: Edit mode → Long-press text selection → Cut
- Open the document and enter edit mode.
- Long-press and select the text you want to move.
- Tap Cut on the floating toolbar.
- The selected text is removed from its original position.
- Paste it at the target location to complete the move.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected text disappears from the original location.
- Next action available: The cut content can be pasted somewhere else.

- Common mistake: If the selected range is inaccurate, extra text may be cut.
- Environment note: Cut content is also stored in the system clipboard.
