1. Add character shading
Feature entry: Select text → Home tab → Character Shading

2. Set shading color

- Open the shading color option.
- Choose the color that you want.
- Confirm that the target content now uses the new background color.

4. Clear shading or highlighting
Feature entry: Select marked content → Open the related format menu or choose No Color
- Select the text that already has shading or highlighting.
- Open the related color or format menu.
- Choose No Color or use Clear Formatting.
- Confirm that the text has returned to a normal display state.
