When using Save and Save As in WPS on iOS, the most common questions are about storage space, file lookup, and cross-device viewing. This FAQ includes 3 common answers and a short glossary.

FAQ

What should I do if I see an insufficient space message while saving?

  1. Check whether your iPhone or iPad has enough local storage space.
  2. Remove unneeded files and try saving again.
  3. If local space is limited, save to Cloud Docs or another cloud storage service instead.
  4. Make sure the target cloud location also has enough available capacity.

What should I do if the file looks incomplete or seems unsaved after I open it?

  1. First confirm that you opened the correct file or the correct copy.
  2. Search for the file name from the WPS home page search box to check whether it was saved to another location.
  3. Make sure the signed-in account matches the account used when the file was saved.
  4. If the file is stored in Cloud Docs or a cloud drive, confirm that the network connection is working and wait for syncing to finish.

How can I view the file on different devices?

  1. During Save or Save As, choose Cloud Docs, iCloud Drive, or another cloud drive service that supports syncing.
  2. Sign in with the same account on the other device.
  3. Open the related cloud location and find the file there.
