1. Turn On Revision
Entry point: Tools → Review → Start Revision
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Review tab.
- Turn on Start Revision.
- Continue editing the document. Later changes will be recorded as revisions.

2. Show Revisions
Entry point: Tools → Review → Show Comments and Revisions
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Review tab.
- Turn on Show Comments and Revisions.
- Tap revision content in the document to view the revision in the pop-up window.
Success Criteria
- UI state: Revision content is visible in the document.
- Next actions: You can tap revision content to view the related revision details.
Tips While Using
- Common mistakes: If you turn on Start Revision but do not turn on Show Comments and Revisions, the revision content may not be easy to see directly.
3. Turn Off Revision
Entry point: Tools → Review → Start Revision
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Review tab.
- Turn off Start Revision.
- Continue editing. New changes will no longer be recorded as revisions.

- UI state: The Start Revision switch is off.
- Next actions: You can continue editing normally, but no new revision records are added.
Tips While Using
