1. Start AI Read Aloud
Entry path: Edit mode → Tools → Review → AI Read Aloud; or top menu bar More → All Services → AI Read Aloud
- Open the document you want to listen to.
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Tap AI Read Aloud under Review, or open it from More > All Services > AI Read Aloud.
- Wait for the document to begin reading aloud automatically.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The AI Read Aloud control panel appears and document playback starts.
- Next action available: You can continue with play, pause, stop, or settings.
Tips While Using
- An internet connection is required for AI Read Aloud.
- For long documents, keep the app in the foreground when possible to reduce playback interruption.
2. Control Read-Aloud Settings
Entry path: AI Read Aloud control panel → Play / Pause / Stop / Settings / AI Voice
- After AI Read Aloud starts, view the control panel.
- Tap Play or Pause to control the current playback state.
- Tap Stop to end the current read-aloud session.
- Tap AI Voice to switch voice style or language.
- Tap Settings to adjust the sleep timer and reading speed.
- Use the device volume buttons or the panel slider to adjust volume.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The settings in the control panel respond normally.
- Next action available: You can switch voices, adjust speed, or end playback as needed.
