What should I do if I cannot find the AI Read Aloud button?

  1. Make sure a document is already open and you are in edit mode.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom and look for AI Read Aloud under Review.
  3. If you still do not see it, try More > All Services.
  4. If the entry is still unavailable, update WPS Office and check again.

What should I do if pronunciation sounds wrong or the content is read incorrectly?

  1. Check whether the document contains uncommon characters, special symbols, or text display issues.
  2. Confirm that your network connection is stable, then start playback again.
  3. If needed, switch to another AI voice and test again.
  4. For text that is hard to recognize, revise the content first and then restart read-aloud.

Can I start reading aloud from a specific position in a long document?

  1. Direct full-document playback from a specified position is not currently supported.
  2. If you only need part of the content, move the target text into a new document and start read-aloud there.
  3. For long documents, consider splitting the content by section before listening.
