1. Adjust stacking order from the Design tab

Entry: Select a WPS Art graphic → DesignBring Forward / Send Backward

  1. Select the WPS Art graphic that you want to adjust.
  2. Click the Design tab at the top of the window.
  3. Click Bring Forward or Send Backward.
  4. Choose Bring Forward, Bring to Front, Send Backward, or Send to Back as needed.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected WPS Art object changes its front-to-back relationship with other objects.
  • What you can do next: You can continue editing text, style, or position.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the WPS Art object is not selected first, the command may not affect the intended object.
  • Environment note: The result is easier to see when at least two objects overlap or can be visually compared by layer order.

2. Adjust stacking order from the Home tab

Entry: Select a WPS Art graphic → HomeArrange → related order commands

  1. Select the WPS Art graphic that you want to adjust.
  2. Click the Home tab at the top of the window.
  3. Click Arrange.
  4. Choose Bring Forward, Bring to Front, Send Backward, or Send to Back.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The object order updates based on the command you selected.
  • What you can do next: You can continue other layout work from the Home tab.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the slide contains many objects, confirm that the selected item is the target WPS Art object before changing the order.

3. Adjust stacking order from the right-click menu

Entry: Select a WPS Art graphic → right-click → related order commands

  1. Select the WPS Art graphic that you want to adjust.
  2. Right-click the graphic.
  3. Choose Bring Forward, Bring to Front, Send Backward, or Send to Back from the menu.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The object changes its front-to-back order immediately.
  • What you can do next: You can continue making local edits without switching tabs.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you right-click a different object, the order change will be applied to the wrong item.
