1. Apply a Shape Style

Entry point: Design tab → WPSArt Shape Styles area

  1. Select the WPS Art shape.
  2. Click the Design tab at the top of the window.
  3. In the WPSArt Shape Styles area, choose a preset style.
  4. Click the style to apply it to the current shape.

Success Criteria

  • Visual result: The selected WPS Art shape changes in fill, outline, or effect.
  • Next step available: You can continue switching styles to compare different looks.

Tips While Using

  • Common issue: If the WPS Art shape is not selected first, the style area may not affect the intended object.
  • Tip: If you want to see more styles, look for the expand option in the style area.

2. Apply a Style from the Floating Toolbar

Entry point: Floating toolbar → Shape Style

  1. Select the WPS Art shape.
  2. On the floating toolbar, click Shape Style.
  3. Choose a preset style and apply it to the shape.

Success Criteria

  • Visual result: The shape appearance updates to the selected style.
  • Next step available: You can continue editing the shape content or switch to another style.

Tips While Using

  • Common issue: If the floating toolbar does not appear, reselect the shape.
