Does Reset Shape delete the content?

  1. Select a WPS Art object that has already been edited.
  2. Use Design → Reset Shape.
  3. Check whether the text inside the object is still there.
  4. If the style is restored and the text remains, the action has reset formatting only.

Can I undo Reset Shape?

  1. Complete the Reset Shape action and review the result.
  2. If you want to return to the previous state, press Ctrl+Z.
  3. Confirm that the object style returns to the state before the reset.

What is the difference between Reset Shape and reinserting the object?

  1. Reset Shape restores the object to its default style.
  2. It keeps the text content and the existing object hierarchy.
